Here at Lustre we take pride in the cocktails we create. Mixology is our art and our passion so, if nothing here strikes your fancy, just shout! Our staff have all the knowledge to mix you up something fantastic.
Lustrous Crusher
Our version of a Long Island ice tea with a twist is a perfect combination of four white spirits topped with cranberry, however … it's the bubbles of nothing that really make it something.
Butternut
If there was ever a monk you wanted to butter up forget serving him ale - here's your answer. A smooth combination of butterscotch schnapps and Frangelico this delight will have them leaving the monastery in droves.
Polish Martini
This tantalising combination of grassy Bison vodka and green apple will have you inviting the doctor around for dinner. Not too heavy, not to light, your taste buds will love this elegant sipper.
Raspberry Martini
Not the kind you would find in a second hand store. A refreshing combination of raspberry, cranberry and vodka with a dash of Chambord that makes you want more.
Passionfruit Martini
With Alize Red Passion, vodka and pineapple, passion will never be out of fashion. Can we just say "Mmmm, where have you been all my life?"
Bitter Orange & Lychee Martini
This one's for all Campari lovers. A bitter sweet citrus sensation with fresh lychees, mint and vanilla…. Oh, and did we forget…. GIN!!! If you enjoy exciting new flavours with a kick why not lash out and experience this luscious combination.
White Peach Daiquiri
The mix of Malibu, Havana rum and peach will put you under a coconut tree on a heavenly beach with the raspberry ripple like a fresh breeze tantalising your taste buds.
Gin Sling
If gin's your thing this one's a must. A combination of apple and peach takes this dusty old booze off the shelf and turns it into a fresh young spirited teenager with attitude.
Chinese Blur
Strong and oh so smooth, this drink's tropical sweetness will put your mouth at ease. The peach, apple and pineapple are not to blame here, it's the Chambord and rum that cause blur.
Moscow Mule
This classic combination of vodka and ginger beer will perk you up and make you want to dig your heels in!
Caipiruva
What do you get if you mix a glass full of red grapes with the sweetest rum on the planet? A drink with a name harder to pronounce than.. But funnily enough it gets easier with every sip.
Champagne Cocktails
Champagne has always been a special drink for special times, and when done up as a cocktail, it just seems to take on additional celebratory qualities. So if you are after bubbly with attitude ask our staff for one (or many) of our very special treats.
