The Private Function Venue of Choice - specialising in corporate, celebrity and charity events, Christmas, engagement and birthday parties, anniversaries and even the occasional wedding. Unlike most other licensed venues, we don't shun private functions into a spare room while the general public takes top priority. At Lustre Lounge, your event is treated as a special occasion - hence, the public is blocked and your guests have full use of the venue. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that you secure the date of your next private event with a non-refundable deposit (see below for details).

The following terms apply from 1 January 2007….

SATURDAY….$2500 Minimum Bar Spend

WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY….$1500 Minimum Bar Spend

SUNDAY & MONDAY….$1000 Minimum Bar Spend

*For all functions, please add $250 for our renowned Resident DJ (4 hours).

Minimum Bar Spend
This is the minimum level of purchases that we require to host a private function, over a 4 (four) hour period, which must be settled prior to the event. It is important to note that the Minimum Bar Spend is non-refundable, even if not reached at the conclusion of the 4 hour period. This is because the Minimum Bar Spend incorporates the bar tab, the exclusive hire of Lustre Lounge, the music of your choice and the appropriate level of staff to ensure that your private event runs as smoothly as possible (a microphone is also available for speeches).

Guests Pay
If the Minimum Bar Spend outlay is outside your budget then why not offset it by having your guests pay their own way? Under these circumstances, the Minimum Bar Tab must still be settled prior to the event however the portion of the Minimum Bar Spend spent by your guests will be refunded at the conclusion of the 4 hour private function period.

Additional Services
* Quality caterering can be provided on request. Due to our outsourcing arrangements, this cost must be settled five (5) days prior to an event.
* Private functions may extend past the set 4-hour period. For additional hours, we charge an Extension Fee of $200 per hour which does not include any drinks but allows the function to remain private. The Extension Fee must be paid prior to the conclusion of the set 4-hour period of the function. During this extended period, you may continue to use your Minimum Bar Spend if it was not reached during the 4 hour private function period.

Booking Procedure
For bookings and enquiries, please call 0438 393 835, (we will return your call within 24 hours) or email info@LustreLounge.com.auor fax 9499 5013. To secure a function date, we require a non-refundable, 50% deposit of the Minimum Bar Spend or the full Hiring Fee. Please note that the balance of all private function costs MUST be settled prior to the function.

Methods of Payment
Cash, direct debit, EFTPOS, Credit Card & AMEX facilities. For full cash payments of the Minimum Bar Tab, we will credit the following complimentary standard drinks: Minimum Bar Spend of $2500 = ten (10), $1500 = eight (8), $1000 = six (6). These complimentary drinks may be used at the function or at another time.

21ST Birthday Functions
$300 Bond. No exceptions.
